If you’ve noticed our beautiful revamped website, then you’ve experienced the work of our newest sponsor, What to Do Media (W2DM). Their hands-on team updated our website and transformed it into a modern, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, search-engine-optimized site. It was a simple and seamless process throughout the project, even post-launch with the training and support they provided, which allowed us to take the reins once the site went live. Their tagline is "Digital Marketing Simplified" and the business lives up to that ideal.
We selected W2DM because it’s a small, locally-owned digital advertising and marketing agency that believes it’s important to support other locally-owned businesses, especially non-profits like Kona Cacao Association, the presenters of the Big Island Chocolate Festival. Owner and President Daniel Duval and Digital Marketing Director Michelle LaCour appreciate the personal relationships they have with their clients, new and long-term, such as Body Glove, Ko’olau Ballrooms, ATV Outfitters, 2Papayas and so many others. We can personally attest to their level of customer service: when we called or emailed, they were super responsive and helped us right away. They say they believe excellent customer service is the driving principle of their business and they prove it.
Thank you for supporting cacao farmers, local non-profits and our Big Island Chocolate Festival team.
