If you missed attending last year’s chocolate demonstrations, we’re really excited and happy to announce that all three renowned celebrity chefs are returning to present three different chocolate demonstrations this year — Alicia Boada of Cacao Barry, one of few individuals accredited as an executive pastry chef, culinary administrator and culinary educator by the American
Culinary Federation; Stéphane Tréand, MOF of The Pastry School; and Donald Wressell, executive pastry chef of Guittard Chocolate Company.
In 2017, these three chefs prepped, melted and designed delicious chocolate creations for guests who purchased our “I Love Chocolate” All Day Pass, and our “Saturday Chocolate Demonstrations” tickets. Guests can learn the tips and techniques from the pros in two ways:
- “I LOVE Chocolate” All Day Pass — This special ticket offers a seat at all three chef demos PLUS a ticket to gala fundraiser. The gala begins at 5pm and we’re confirming start and end time for the demos (don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to change for the festivities!)
- Saturday Chocolate Demonstrations ticket: Purchase all three demos for one simple price.
